Property Description
Some of our favorite memories in this home started around the dining room table during family breakfasts, watching hot air balloons drift across the western sky as the sun came up over Tucson. One of our favorite additions was turning the kitchen nook into a custom dry bar with matching cabinetry, glass cabinet doors, and a wine rack that became the centerpiece for holidays, gatherings, and evenings spent with friends and family.
The backyard became an extension of our living space. The shade canopy and newer Bully Dog artificial turf created the perfect setup for relaxing evenings outside, whether it was enjoying the mountain views or setting up the projector to watch movies and sports under the Tucson sky. Some of our favorite nights were spent outside with family and friends gathered together cheering on games or watching movies late into the evening.
The primary bedroom was recently updated with new luxury vinyl plank flooring, and smart switches throughout most of the home added convenience while preserving the warmth and comfort that made this house feel like home.
This home has given us countless memories, quiet mornings, beautiful sunsets, and a connection to the desert that we will truly miss. We hope the next owner loves living here as much as we have.
